The marketplace for technology products and technology-based services is increasingly competitive. To succeed in this arena, organizations seek certified professionals with leading-edge knowledge of design, management, user research, product testing, and human factors. The User Experience (UX) certificate at Bentley (formerly the Information Design certificate) has educated thousands of usability and user-experience professionals over the past 18 years.
An expert faculty and innovative curriculum add value to the UX certificate. Another advantage is flexibility: Take courses in the campus-based state-of-the-art Design and Usability Center (DUC), on the Web, or at your place of business. The certificate program aligns with the leading Bentley graduate program in human factors and our internationally recognized DUC, to ensure a focus on the most current research, methods and market requirements.
Meeting Diverse Needs
The UX certificate serves a wide range of individuals, including user-experience professionals, usability specialists, product managers, user researchers, marketing specialists, information architects, UI designers, product designers, engineers, and business analysts.
Course Fees
Two-day course fee: $1,250.00 per course
Five-day User Experience Boot Camp course fee: $5,000.00
Cancellations, Withdrawals and Refunds
If you cancel your enrollment at least two weeks prior to the start of the course, your course fee will be fully refunded. Official notice of cancellation must be received in writing by 4:00 p.m. at least two weeks before the course begins. Send email notification to gwessell@bentley.edu. Ceasing to attend classes or simply notifying the instructor does not constitute official cancellation of your enrollment. This policy supercedes cancellation and refund policies listed in any Bentley publication. Bentley reserves the right to cancel any course in the event of low enrollment. Please contact Gail Wessell (gwessell@bentley.edu) before making any travel plans. Bentley is not responsible for travel costs in the event of a cancellation.
