I was interested in entrepreneurship from an early age. After my third year at Bentley, I co-founded my first company "Lezzet Co.Doner" - a fast, casual Turkish restaurant chain dedicated to using sustainable ingredients. We aim to expand operations to three continents by 2018. Lezzet Co. Doner was almost an immediate hit and began seeing profitability within months of launching the first restaurant. The restaurant has drawn attention because it was ranked as one of the top restaurants within its segment only four months after it was launched. After graduation, I am planning to open an office in New York City to accelerate the company's expansion along the East Coast. I will always be grateful to be a member of the Bentley community and everything I have learned in those four amazing years.
