Director, Alumni Career Services
Barbara Hyle is the director of Alumni Career Services. She addresses the needs of the Bentley alumni population in career transition. Barbara specializes in personal assessment and the development of individualized career strategies. Her background includes postings with the federal governments in Germany and Korea and over 20 years experience as a consultant and trainer on career development issues for corporations and government agencies. She has also taught in the Graduate School at Western New England College, the Eastern Management Development Center and the US Department of Agriculture Graduate School. Education: University of Utah, MS, Ohio University, BA.
Assistant Director for Graduate and Alumni Career Services
Marilyn has extensive experience in coaching, training and technology. She advises alumni on the latest techniques in strategic job search; her particular specialty is social media. Her background includes positions in technology, biotech, health care and business services. Marilyn was named among the “Most Influential People Online” for 2010 by Fast Company and nominated for Color Magazine’s AIA award. She is bilingual and active in Boston’s Hispanic business community. Marilyn earned a BA in Psychology and Master of Public Administration at Florida State University.
Executive Administrative Coordinator
Jeanne DiBona is the Executive Administrative Coordinator for Alumni Career Services. She has worked at Bentley since 1998, first in the Department of Accountancy before moving to Career Services. Jeanne maintains the front office operation and provides customer service to all who enter the office.
