Was the Falcons’ leading scorer for the second straight year while earning All-America honors from the National Association of Basketball Coaches, Basketball Times (third team) and Division II Bulletin (fourth team) ... also named first-team All-Northeast-10, NABC All-East Region, and Daktronics All-East Region, and was an ECAC Division II All-Star ... became Bentley’s 45th 1,000-point scorer Jan. 3 and finished junior year with 1,372 points, good for 19th place on the program’s all-time list ... also ranks second in career steals with 174 ... finished season with a streak of 97 consecutive games started, a stretch in which Bentley is 88-9 ... in addition to scoring, led Bentley in field goals (229), free throws made and attempted (107-146), defensive rebounds (146), assists (133) and steals (63) ... averaged 18.3 points (highest by a Bentley player since J.D. 2007-08 Season:
Led Falcons in scoring (15.1), rebounds (6.4 rpg), defensive boards (177), free throws made and attempted (101-129), steals (75, 2nd most in school history) and field goal percentage (.524) ... was also second in assists (102) ... was selected to the All-Northeast-10 second team, the All-ECAC Division II first team ... chosen second team Division II All-Northeast Region by both Daktronics and the NABC ... averaged 17.3 points in eight postseason games and 16.4 ppg in 19 home games ... had 29 games with 10+ points and 8 with at least 20 ... scored 20 or more six times from Feb. 19-Mar. 26, with his 26 against North Alabama, in the Elite Eight, a career-best ... made at least half his shots in 22 games ... included was a sensational 10-of-11 performance at Saint Anselm on Jan. 16 ... before scoring 26 in the Elite Eight, had recorded four 23-point games, most recently on Mar. 8 against Assumption in the Northeast-10 final ... recorded five double-doubles ... in the NE-10, was tied for fourth in steals, ninth in scoring, 10th in field goal percentage and defensive rebounds, and 15th in rebounds ... was one of only two NE-10 players in top 15 in steals, rebounds and field goal percentage ... had a pair of last minute steals and lay-ups, one at Bloomfield for a victory and another against Le Moyne to force OT ... made 11 of 11 free throws against Assumption Mar. 8 ... Was named to the Northeast-10 All-Freshman team after averaging 7.3 points, 3.8 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.1 steals ... moved into the starting lineup in the season’s fifth game and never left ... in 29 starts, averaged 8.1 points, 4.2 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.2 assists ... shot 51 percent from the floor overall and made 58.5 percent of his two-point attempts ... scored in doubles 12 times, with a pair of 16-point games: Dec. 21 vs. New Haven and Mar. 1 against Bryant ... came within a rebound of a double-double at St. Michael’s Feb. 6 ... from Dec. 11-Jan. 6, shot .735 (25-34) from the floor over a five-game stretch ... had 11 points and five steals against Southern Connecticut Jan. 3 ... was the only guard amongst the NE-10 field goal percentage leaders most of the season ... in conference games, was 14th in field goal percentage (.511) ... shot 57 percent from the field in home games ... named the NE-10 Freshman of the Week three times (Feb. 12, Mar. 5, 14).
Before Bentley:
2006 graduate of Manasquan High School, where he was a four-year letterwinner ... as a senior, participated in the Shore Conference and New Jersey State North/South all-star games ... team captain as a senior, when he averaged 19.8 points, 5.5 assists and three steals ... led Manasquan to a 22-5 record and a berth in the N.J. Group II Central State championship game ... in quarterfinals of state tournament, hit the game-winner with :03 seconds left and finished with 34 points and 10 assists in a triple overtime win ... honors included second-team All-State Group II, first-team All-Shore Conference and first-team All-Monmouth County ... received scholar athlete award from N.J.
