Family Information

Congratulations on your student’s admission to Bentley University! We are eager to welcome you into our community and let you know about all the resources available to you and your new Bentley student.

We have a number of resources that will help you support your student during their transition to Bentley University. Please take a moment to refer to your student's Transition Guide and the read the information here to find out how you can participate in various events throughout your student's transition. In addition to these activites, your student is welcome to create a family or guest log-in on MyBentley for you!

To begin your Bentley Family experience, you are invited to participate in our Online Orientation. This program will provide you with valuable resources to help support your student throughout their transition to campus. Your student will receive an email with more details regarding log-in information.

Videos and live chats will be the next component of the experience. The videos will focus on the essential resources here at Bentley, and will accompany an interactive webchat. You may ask questions of our current staff during these sessions. These videos will be recorded and you are welcome to view them at your convenience. We are excited to offer these videos and chats to our new families, but we do understand that the summer can be busy so please know that they are optional.

The final component of our family orientation will occur on August 23rd, 2017, which is the formal start to the student orientation and campus welcome. During this time, you may wish to handle any last minute tasks with the offices across campus and enjoy our family reception. You are also cordially invited to join us for our annual tradition of Convocation!

If you have other questions, reach out to the Orientation staff if you have any questions at or by calling (781) 891-2271.
