Graduate Center for Career Services - Advising
Wendy D' Ambrose is the Director of Graduate Career Services at the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University. Wendy brings a wealth of experience in higher education, corporate and entrepreneurial sectors. Prior to Bentley, she was Director of Career Services Simmons School of Management where she was responsible for employer outreach and career advising. Previously, she was Vice President, Client Relations and Operations for a global management consulting firm specializing in strategy, innovation, and leadership for change. Education: Boston College, MSW; Elmira College, BA. Wendy is responsible for overall management of Graduate Career Services, with a special focus on corporate outreach.

Audra Boni '88 is an Associate Director of Graduate Career Services. Ms. Boni brings business experience to Bentley from public and private accounting as well as a recruitment perspective from five years in the staffing industry. She has held positions at Deloitte Lotus Development Corporation, Romac International and Bentley, where she has worked for eight years. Education: MBA Candidate, Bentley University, BS.

Ilana Kaufman is Assistant Director of Graduate Career Services. She brings experience from both higher education and corporate settings. Previously, Ilana was a Co-op Coordinator at Wentworth Institute of Technology where she served in both advising and employer outreach capacities. While completing her Master’s degree, she also spent a year working in Undergraduate Career Services here at Bentley University where she advised, taught workshops and created several programs. Prior to starting her career in higher education, Ilana was a marketing professional in the financial and legal industries. Education: Northeastern University, MS; American University, BA.

Alumni Advising
Barbara Hyle is Senior Associate Director of Graduate Career Services, Alumni and Graduate Career Development. She addresses the needs of the Bentley alumni population in career transition as the Alumni Career Advisor. Barbara specializes in personal assessment and the development of individualized career strategies. Her background includes postings with the Federal Government in Germany and Korea and over twenty years experience as a consultant and trainer on career development issues for corporations and government agencies. She has also taught in the Graduate School at Western New England College, the Eastern Management Development Center and the US Department of Agriculture Graduate School.
