Please join us on May 8th for the Innovator’s Business: Insights workshop featuring research from the Center for Integration of Science and Industry at Bentley University. Researchers from the Center will describe insights from our first two years, including validation of a novel TIMEtm metric to assess technological readiness for innovation; characterization of timelines of innovation in drug development and factors contributing to success; consideration of the role (or lack thereof) of public health metrics in CSR accounting; and strategies to advance and accelerate value creation from biomedicine and energy research.
Our work is informed and inspired by the broad disciplinary expertise in business, arts, and sciences within the Bentley Community. We look forward to a highly interactive and interdisciplinary discussion that will connect our research with the work of other faculty at the school, leading to fruitful critique, conversations, and collaborations.
Speakers will include Fred D. Ledley, M.D., Laura McNamee, PhD., Andrea Ballabeni, Ph.D., M.P.H., and Michael J. Walsh, Ph.D. Nancy Hsiung, Ph.D., our Executive in Residence, will serve as rapporteur and discuss how the Center’s work can impact industry.
