Model for Advancing Women
The Center for Women and Business has developed a model to guide companies in efforts to retain and promote talented women. Research consistently points to three prerequisites for increasing the number of women in leadership positions:

- Corporate Culture and Accountability: A workplace with policies that eliminate barriers to women’s advancement
- Women’s Professional Development: Robust opportunities to gain skills critical for success
