Presenting: New International Visitor and Tourism Information Report 2016

 

Bentley Center for Marketing Technology has collaborated with Visitor International, the International Association of Visitor Information Providers, to research the impact of travel and hospitality literature at visitor destinations worldwide.

The results reveal interesting and useful trends in visitor information and how print brochures and digital sources are perceived by the traveling public. This survey data suggests that visitors value the utility and convenience of printed brochures, maps and guides in addition to digital sources. It reveals the complexity of influences and touch points experienced by visitors during their ‘customer journey’.
