Research Associate, Saloni Borar
Saloni Borar is a Research Associate at the User Experience Center. She brings more than 6 years of experience in the advertising and design Industry. Prior to joining the UXC, she was working at JWT, India where she was responsible for the creative output, branding, identity design, marketing materials, TV commercials, website designs for numerous clients. Where she received various accolades for brand identity and environmental design. Most recently she was working at IdeaPerfect Communications as the Creative head, where she lead the design team. She delivered design solutions for several South Asian start-ups and established companies.

Saloni holds a Masters degree in Creative Advertising from University College Falmouth, U.K. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University, with a focus on design and usability.

Research Associate, Tracy Flynn
Tracy Flynn is a Research Associate at the User Experience Center.  Prior to joining the UXC, she lived in New York City and worked as an Account Executive at Google, where she managed and expanded relationships with clients in the airline, cruise, and theme-park industries.  As a Business Development Manager at Frommer’s, she collaborated with travel-industry marketers and content managers to pitch, plan, and launch customized travel-content microsites.       

Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wells College, where she studied Literature and Economics and graduated summa cum laude.  She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University.  

Research Associate, Lisa Lokshin
Lisa Lokshin is a Research Associate at the User Experience Center. Prior to joining the UXC, Lisa was a Production Assistant for Masterpiece on PBS, where she worked on such award-winning series as Downton Abbey and Sherlock. She has also worked in education, e-commerce, and as a marketing and communications consultant in the arts sector. Lisa is passionate about effective visual and verbal communication, which has brought her to the user experience field.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University, and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University. 


Research Associate, Christine Michael

Christine Michael is a Research Associate at the User Experience Center. Prior to joining UXC, Christine managed enterprise-level communication and web projects. At Tufts University, Christine led a communications program for the university-wide roll out of a new student information system. Prior to that, Christine worked at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where she designed and managed the development of Find a Researcher, the hospital’s first publicly available directory of faculty research profiles. Christine also coordinated the hospital’s research content for both internal and external audiences, managed a resource-rich intranet for the research community, supported content editors across the hospital, and collaborated with key stakeholders to design a successful and effective internal communications process.

Christine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Comparative Literature from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University.

Research Associate, Dani Nordin
Dani Nordin is a Research Associate at the User Experience Center. She specializes in helping hard-working Drupal teams organize, gather requirements for, and understand the content and users of complex projects. Prior to joining the User Experience Center, Dani worked with Berklee College of Music to integrate two legacy internal systems into the college’s primary Drupal website. Contributions included: user research; stakeholder interviews; an overhaul of the site’s information architecture; design and prototyping of an internal user dashboard, departmental websites and the college’s Alumni magazine; collaborating with developers to re-architect file management and uploads; training content managers on using the new system; and a comprehensive redesign of the college’s Faculty/Staff Directory.

Dani is the author of several popular books on design and project management for Drupal, including Drupal for Designers (O’Reilly, 2012), Planning and Managing Drupal Projects (O’Reilly, 2011) and Definitive Guide to Drupal 7 (contributor, Apress, 2011).  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design and Business from Lesley University. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University.

Research Associate, Amanda Parkin
Amanda is a Research Associate at the User Experience Center. Prior to joining the UXC, she interned at Adobe as a Database Marketing Intern focused on data entry and clean-up, post event reporting and event specific app development.

Amanda just graduated from Bentley University in May 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a Liberal Studies Major in Media, Arts and Society. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University.

Research Associate, Neha Raghuvanshi
Neha Raghuvanshi is a Research Associate at the User Experience Center. Prior to joining the UXC, Neha worked with Accenture Singapore and India for over 3.5 years as an SAP Portal and Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant. As an SAP Consultant, she was responsible for development and design of the Enterprise Portal for global clients from diverse industries such as Chemical and Natural Resources, Financial Services, Governments. She was also responsible for implementation and integration of various HR business processes into the SAP systems. She has completed an internship with Volkswagen, Dubai and has also worked as an advisor for her family jewelry business in Dubai. 

Neha holds a Diploma in Jewelry Design from International Gemological Institute.She has completed her Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Mumbai University.  She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University. 
 
Research Associate, Josh Rosenberg
Josh Rosenberg is a Research Associate at the User Experience Center. Prior to joining the UXC, Josh was a research assistant and project manager at The New School for Social Research in New York City, studying the effect of environment on moral decision making in group conflict. He is passionate about integrating quantitative metrics with qualitative methodologies to understand the motivations and perspectives of users. He has also worked in college administration and traveled the United States as a musician. 

Josh holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The New School and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University.

 
Research Associate, Dongni Wang
Dongni Wang is a Research Associate at the User Experience Center. Prior to joining the UXC, she worked as a Brand Communications Specialist at Akamai Technologies where she initiated and took the lead on improving the usability of the company’s intranet. She conducted research on corporate intranet best practices and analyzed the existing intranet user data. She was previously a teaching assistant at Clemson University, where she taught public speaking classes for two years.

Dongni holds a Master of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Clemson University, SC. In her thesis, she studied how women in engineering use social media to communicate their identity. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University. 

Research Associate, Darleen Wilson
Darleen Wilson is a Research Associate at the User Experience Center. Following a substantial career as a recording engineer and producer, she transitioned into Web media and worked in that capacity for nine years at WGBH Boston, a national public broadcasting affiliate and producer. As Director of WGBH Online, Darleen oversaw design, development, and content production for wgbh.org. Subsequent to WGBH, she worked with software startup GenusMail, where she coauthored a patent for electronic communications, awarded in 2012.
 
Darleen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music and Writing from Marlboro College. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University.
