Research Associate, Amos Berger
Amos Berger is a Research Associate at the User Experience Center. Prior to joining the UXC, Amos was the Knowledge Director at Truth Central, the thought leadership unit at McCann Worldgroup. Over nearly a decade working as a consumer insights specialist, Amos has held a number of different roles, including four years as the Global Head of Usability Research at Gameloft, a leading developer and publisher of mobile video games.

Amos holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University, where he studied Accounting and Finance. He is currently pursuing a Masters of Science degree in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University.

Research Associate, Hannah Dym
Hannah Dym is a Research Associate at the User Experience Center. Prior to joining the UXC, she worked as a Marketing Specialist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Federal Credit Union, where she managed various communication projects including web and print design, promotional campaigns, branding strategy, and social media efforts. She also helped to analyze web and email analytics, member surveys, and other data sets to gauge the efficacy of communication efforts and the quality of products and services. Additionally, Hannah maintains several freelance web and print design projects for clients in the insurance, financial services, and health care industries.

Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where she majored in Electronic Media, Arts and Communication, and minored in Marketing. She also holds a Certificate in Web Design and Development from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University. 

Research Associate, Tracy Flynn
Tracy Flynn is a Research Associate at the User Experience Center.  Prior to joining the UXC, she lived in New York City and worked as an Account Executive at Google, where she managed and expanded relationships with clients in the airline, cruise, and theme-park industries.  As a Business Development Manager at Frommer’s, she collaborated with travel-industry marketers and content managers to pitch, plan, and launch customized travel-content microsites. 

Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wells College, where she studied Literature and Economics and graduated summa cum laude.  She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University.

​Research Associate, Greg Hamilton
Greg Hamilton is a Research Associate at the User Experience Center.  Prior to joining the UXC, Greg has worked in marketing and development for multiple arts institutions, including Danforth Art Museum in Framingham, MA the Creative Alliance, a multi-disciplinary arts center located in Baltimore, MD. 

Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bard College at Simon’s Rock, where he studied Psychology and Visual Art and completed a senior thesis, Flow (Csikszentmihalyi) in Adult Lives.  He is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University. 

Research Associate, Hilary Johnson
Hilary Johnson is a Research Associate at the User Experience Center. Prior to joining the UXC, she worked at Harvard University as a program coordinator at the Reischauer Institute of Japanese Studies, where she oversaw undergraduate study abroad programs in Japan.

Hilary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University, where she studied Biology and East Asian Studies. She is currently pursuing a Masters of Science degree in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University.

Research Associate, Christine Michael
Christine Michael is a Research Associate at the User Experience Center. Prior to joining UXC, Christine managed enterprise-level communication and web projects. At Tufts University, Christine led a communications program for the university-wide roll out of a new student information system. Prior to that, Christine worked at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where she designed and managed the development of Find a Researcher, the hospital’s first publicly available directory of faculty research profiles. Christine also coordinated the hospital’s research content for both internal and external audiences, managed a resource-rich intranet for the research community, supported content editors across the hospital, and collaborated with key stakeholders to design a successful and effective internal communications process.

Christine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Comparative Literature from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University.

Research Associate, Amanda Parkin
Amanda is a Research Associate at the User Experience Center. Prior to joining the UXC, she interned at Adobe as a Database Marketing Intern focused on data entry and clean-up, post event reporting and event specific app development.

Amanda just graduated from Bentley University in May 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a Liberal Studies Major in Media, Arts and Society. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University.

Research Associate, Josh Rosenberg
Josh Rosenberg is a Research Associate at the User Experience Center. Prior to joining the UXC, Josh was a research assistant and project manager at The New School for Social Research in New York City, studying the effect of environment on moral decision making in group conflict. He is passionate about integrating quantitative metrics with qualitative methodologies to understand the motivations and perspectives of users. He has also worked in college administration and traveled the United States as a musician. 

Josh holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The New School and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University.

Research Associate, Thanh Nguyen
Thanh Nguyen is a Research Associate at the User Experience Center.  Prior to joining the UXC, he lived in NH where he worked as a Design and Entrepreneurship Officer at the Nelson A. Rockefeller Center at Dartmouth College.  In this role, he helped to design and coordinate co-curricular leadership development programs and curriculum for a new course on social entrepreneurship for undergraduate students.  His additional experience includes work in the fields of public health and public safety through local and county government as a Project Manager and Clinical Case Manager.  

Thanh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Keene State College and graduated magna cum laude. He is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University.  

Research Associate, Dongni Wang
Dongni Wang is a Research Associate at the User Experience Center. Prior to joining the UXC, she worked as a Brand Communications Specialist at Akamai Technologies where she initiated and took the lead on improving the usability of the company’s intranet. She conducted research on corporate intranet best practices and analyzed the existing intranet user data. She was previously a teaching assistant at Clemson University, where she taught public speaking classes for two years.

Dongni holds a Master of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Clemson University, SC. In her thesis, she studied how women in engineering use social media to communicate their identity. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University.
