Ensure All Users have a Positive User Experience, Regardless of Ability

Accessibility Consulting

Our accessibility services help ensure that individuals with vision, hearing, mobility, and cognitive impairments can interact with the full feature set of your product (hardware, software, applications, and websites). The UXC has expertise of the latest accessibility standards, including Section 508 and WCAG 2.0. Using methods such as expert reviews and usability testing, we help clients develop an accessibility strategy and provide a set of actionable recommendations.

Representative accessibility studies include:

  • Working with the team behind to ensure the accessibility of the state portal by running a series of usability sessions that included blind, low vision and motor impaired users.
  • Conducted an accessibility expert review on several strategically important web pages for a major pharmaceutical company to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.0 AA standards.
