  • Understand pedagogical challenges across and within disciplines for both instructors and students
  • Learn about current learning and teaching practices for both instructors and students
  • Understand attitudinal factors influencing learning behaviors

Outcome:

Travelling to campus offices, classrooms, dorm rooms, and libraries, the User Experience Center researchers interviewed and observed instructors and students, various materials that they use, as well as the environments in which learning happens to identify their challenges and areas where our client’s products can contribute to improved online teaching and studying materials.
