Post-Graduation Hardware Support
Once you have graduated from Bentley, the Bentley Help Desk is no longer able to provide you with hardware or software support. Lenovo and Hewlett- Packard each offer options for notebook service and repairs. In order to obtain hardware support from Lenovo or Hewlett- Packard, you will need your notebook model and serial number.
T61 Notebook Warranty
All Lenovo ThinkPad T61 notebook computers are covered under the manufacturer's warranty until July 2010. Please be aware that your notebook battery is no longer covered under warranty. In order to obtain hardware support from Lenovo, you will need your notebook model and serial number.

Contacting Lenovo for Hardware Support
1. Set your notebook up by your telephone.
2. Call Lenovo at (800) 426-7378.
3. Select option 1, “For a personal product”
4. Select option 1, “For a Lenovo Laptop”
5. Select option 1, “To place a new service request.”
6. Enter your 4 digit model for the T61 - 7663
7. Select option 1, “for hardware”
8. Have your notebook serial number available for the agent (L3-XXXXX)

HP6930 Notebook Warranty
All HP6930 notebook computers are under the manufacturers’ warranty until July 2011. The battery on your HP notebook is covered by the manufactures warranty until July 2010. In order to obtain hardware support from HP, you will need your notebook model and serial number.
