Our friendly staff in the Office of Meeting and Conference Services can meet your needs, whether you’re hosting an exciting IPO event in our financial Trading Room or bunking 100 summer visitors in one of our residence halls. Meeting amenities include teleconferencing and videoconferencing facilities, two large auditoriums, multiple conference rooms, on-site catering by Marriott, and outdoor tent facilities that seat up to 250 people.

Bentley’s location just 10 miles from Boston makes it a perfect site. We’re minutes from major highways and the Massachusetts Turnpike, and offer ample, free parking on campus. Waltham is on the commuter rail system and our college shuttle runs regularly to Harvard Square, ensuring easy access to both Boston and Cambridge.
