The court case Perfect 10 Inc. vs. Google Inc., (C.D. Cal., No. CV 04-9484, 2/17/06) concerning the copyright infringement of Google’s Image search tool throws up a new debate about copyright regulations and its limits. Where does the ‘Fair use’ clause start and where does it begin to cross copyright regulations and potentially harm business and personal interests.
