Panel Description:
Financial systems have several layers of users. The primary end user groups are consumers and the secondary user groups are financial professionals. Both user groups need clear and transparent information so they can make informed decisions. Financial professionals make decisions that ripple out to consumers.
What do consumers really need to know to make informed decisions and how can the system design help present clear information? Is it possible to create a system that is transparent to all users? Do professionals and consumers have different goals? Or do they have similar goals, but different paths and tasks to get there?
Join the panel as they discuss these questions and share their views on how much information should be presented to users of financial systems
