Kathleen Kneram

Kathleen leads the User Experience Design team focused on updating Fidelity’s Planning and Guidance customer experience. With many years of experience in both UXD group leadership and senior consulting roles, Kathleen has led the design efforts for numerous mission-critical systems in a variety of industries including financial services, insurance, and pharmaceuticals. She specializes in helping clients effectively meet business objectives by designing sophisticated, elegant, and usable solutions.
 
Prior to joining Fidelity, Kathleen was the lead User Experience Architect for North America at Microsoft Consulting Services.  Prior to Microsoft, Kathleen was Director of Keane’s global User Experience group (formerly netNumina). Kathleen started her career at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company where she managed the design group and served as design lead for many strategic initiatives in both Personal and Commercial Markets.
