Project Request Form
Using the new on-line Project Request Form is an efficient way to formalize your project with the Planning and Construction department.
After your request is submitted you will be contacted by a Planning and Construction team member to review and discuss the project. A meeting and walk through of the area is helpful for complete details of the project. Please note that your project submission is not a project approval or a funding assignment request.
Is it a Project or a Work Order? (A few guidelines)
Projects
May have Capital funding approved by the Budget Office
May or may not require an architect for design
May be work that will take days or weeks to complete
Will require pricing for Capital funding
Work Order Request
May be work that is one or two-tasks performed by in-house staff and can be completed within one or two days.
