Prof. Mohammad Abdolmohammadi

Mohammad Abdolmohammadi, DBA, CPA, is the John E. Rhodes Professor of Accounting at Bentley. He regularly includes ethics training in his graduate accounting seminars and is currently researching several topics related to business ethics and education. Professor Abdolmohammadi publishes frequently in The Accounting Review, Contemporary Accounting Research and numerous other accounting journals.

Business Ethics 101

Professor Mohammad Abdolmohammadi has investigated issues related to ethics and accounting for more than 20 years. Training in ethics and moral reasoning are an integral part of his graduate accounting courses and recently he began collecting and analyzing data on the efficacy of teaching ethics in classroom.

In this video, Professor Abdolmohammadi talks about the need for ethical training in accounting education, whether ethics can, in fact, be learned, and why ethical training is so important for future business leaders.
