2015 Interim Housing Application

Interim Housing is available from 6:00 PM on Thursday, May 7, 2015 through 10:00 AM on Sunday, May 17, 2015. Applicants must be a current resident with an exceptional need to remain in housing beyond the closing of the residence halls. All Interim Housing contracts are due by 4:00 PM on Monday, May 4, 2015.

Interim residents will stay in their spring assignment through 9:00AM on Friday, May 8, 2015, at which point they will transition to their interim assignment. Applicants should check-in at the Student Center between 9:00 AM - 11:00AM to obtain their interim assignment and combination. All residents must complete their transition to their by 12:00PM

Please take note; meal plans are not active during the interim period. Interim Housing costs $25.00 per night; all charges will be billed to the requesting student's account. Please remember, all Bentley policies remain in effect during your stay in interim housing.

Please note, your supervisor must confirm your employment status in writing. They should email this confirmation to housing@bentley.edu.

Section III: Dates of Stay
Please confirm the dates for which you need housing during the interim period (May 7 - May17).

Please note: You will be charged for the dates indicated above, unless you canceled your request prior to your start date.

In submitting this application, you agree to pay the housing charges for the indicated dates. In addition, you agree to abide by all the rules and stipulations in the Bentley University Student Handbook, and as may be subsequently enacted. Furthermore, you accept financial responsibility for any damages that may occur in the room to which you are assigned during the interim period.
