Can (John) Ahtam


Assistant Director
Office: Graduate Admissions

Can (John) Ahtam returned to Bentley’s Graduate School in August 2014. Prior to Bentley, he worked as Market Development Manager at Coca-Cola Refreshments. Can grew up in Istanbul, Turkey and earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Koç University. During his MBA at Bentley University, Can was the President of Graduate Student Association (2012-2013). In May 2013 he completed his MBA from Bentley University. He works with students who are interested in the MS in Accounting.

Gordon Berridge

Gordon Berridge has been part of the Bentley Admissions team since October 2013. He has worked exclusively in higher education admissions since 2004. His last seven years were spent as the Director of Admissions at several different institutions around New England. Gordon grew up in New Hampshire and earned his undergraduate degree at Franklin Pierce University. Gordon works with students who are interested in the Bentley MBA program.

Lindsay Hobbs

Lindsay Hobbs joined the Graduate Admissions team in February 2013. Prior to Bentley, she served as Registrar to a non-profit music school in western Massachusetts for three years. Originally from Carver, MA, Lindsay earned her undergraduate degree in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. She works with students interested in the Emerging Leaders MBA, the MS in Business Analytics, and recruits domestically and internationally for the graduate school.

Lynette Kelleher


Assistant Director

Lynette Kelleher has been with Bentley since June 2011. Prior to that, she worked in higher education just outside Boston. Lynette grew up in the Boston area and pursued her bachelor’s degree at Franklin Pierce University. She completed her MEd at Northeastern University. Lynette works with students who are interested in the Emerging Leaders MBA and MS in Marketing Analytics.

Ann Marie Larese

Ann Marie returned to Bentley’s Graduate School in June 2011, after 17 seasons as Head Coach of women’s volleyball at Dartmouth College. Prior to her time at Dartmouth, she completed her MBA at Bentley in 1994 while serving as assistant volleyball coach for two seasons. Originally from Meriden, CT, Ann Marie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She primarily recruits students for our suite of MBA programs both internationally and domestically.

Corrie Lefebvre


Assistant Director
Office: Graduate Admission

Corrie Lefebvre joined the Graduate Admission team in 2010. Her experience includes higher education posts around Boston and Burlington, Vermont. Corrie is from upstate New York and earned her bachelor’s degree at St. Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont. She moved to Boston in 2007 to pursue her MEd at Northeastern University. She works with students interested in the Professional MBA, MS in Taxation and the MS in Financial Planning.

Debbie O’Brien


Associate Director

Debbie O’Brien began her career in admission at Loras College in Iowa, where she stayed to serve as an undergraduate admission counselor after graduating magna cum laude. Since joining Bentley in 1993, she has worked with most of the university’s graduate programs, including the Evening MBA program and, most recently, the MS in Accountancy — our largest graduate program. Her current responsibilities are the MS in Finance and Student Ambassador programs.

Mary Thompson


Senior Associate Director
Office: Graduate Admission

Mary Thompson has served in her current position at Bentley University since 2003. She has worked in higher education in the Boston area for more than 15 years. Mary is originally from Vermont and has a bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University and a master’s degree in higher education administration from Boston College. Mary has worked with most of Bentley’s graduate programs over the years. Currently, she works with students interested in the MS in Human Factors in Information Design and the MS in Information Technology.
