Housing

Graduate students looking for comfortable, convenient housing will find it on Bentley’s north campus.

Located a half-mile from the main grounds, four buildings offer a mix of two- and four-person apartments, all with full baths. Graduate students are typically paired in two-bedroom, one-bath apartments. Four-person apartments are available as a cost-effective alternative.

All apartments come fully furnished, with amenities including a full kitchen, on-site laundry, phone and cable hookups, high-speed wireless Internet access, and walk-in storage closets. All buildings are handicap accessible and require security cards for access. There is ample parking and, for students without personal transportation, limited shuttle service to the main campus. The main campus is about a 15-minute walk from north campus.

Full-time graduate students are eligible for housing after submitting their enrollment deposit. Housing slots are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The 2012-2013 cost for a two-bedroom, two-person apartment is $12,350 per person for the academic year (September to May), payable $6,175 per semester.
