Teaching interests include Visual Basic, MS Access, SQL, and introductory IT courses. Before joining Bentley, taught courses in networking, programming, security, operating systems, and the management of information and technology. Actively consults in the IT field in the areas of database and system integration. Currently providing consulting support with the planning phase of an online scheduling commercial software. Role will continue during other Software Development Life Cycle phases.

Jennifer J. Xu received her PhD in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona in 2005. Her research interests include business intelligence, data mining, business analytics, social network analysis, human-computer interaction, and enterprise systems. She has published more than 50 articles in Information Systems journals, books, and conference proceedings.
