Graduate Assistantships. Full-time graduate students are eligible to compete for graduate assistantships, which grant partial to full tuition remission. Serving in these positions, Graduate Assistants help faculty and administrators in a variety of research, educational and administrative activities. Assistantships are awarded for merit, based on criteria that include the candidate's previous educational achievements, GMAT scores, specific skills related to your contribution to the incoming class, and, if applicable, the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score.

Research Assistantships. Full-Time MBA and MS+MBA graduate students are eligible to compete for Research Assistantships, which also grant partial to full tuition remission. Serving in these positions, Research Assistants help faculty in a variety of research projects during the second year of their program. Assistantships are awarded for merit, based on criteria that include the candidate's previous educational achievements, GMAT scores, specific skills related to your contribution to the incoming class, and, if applicable, the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score. Faculty assignments are made through the Office of the Dean of the McCallum Graduate School.

Graduate Scholarships. A limited number of merit scholarships are awarded to new full-time students and do not contain a work component in the award. Selection is also based on criteria that include the candidate's previous educational achievements, GMAT scores, specific skills related to your contribution to the incoming class, and, if applicable, the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score.

Alternative Loan Programs. Bentley College participates in a variety of alternative student loan programs. These include the Massachusetts Educational Financial Authority (MEFA) Loan for Graduate Education, CitiBank CitiAssist Loan, Nellie Mae's GradExcel program, MBA Loans, and the Business Access Loan. Participation in these programs is based on the applicant's creditworthiness.

Graduate Student Employment. Students also may help offset college costs by working up to 20 hours a week in college-funded positions. On- and off-campus jobs are posted through the Student Employment Office; wage rates are competitive. Area businesses may also post job openings through the Student Employment Office.

Department Assistantships. These assistantships are available in some of the academic departments that offer graduate degrees. Under these assistantships, students are provided with a hourly salary for up to 20 hours of work per week in addition to tuition remission for two courses per semester. Students may not have both a Department Assistantship while holding either a Graduate Assistantship, Research Assistantship or Graduate Scholarship award. Students should contact the individual department for more information.
