Master's Candidate Graduate Admission Process

Candidates for admission to:

Must submit the following three items:

Masters in Accounting
Masters in Finance
Masters in Financial Planning
Masters in Marketing Analytics
Masters in Taxation
Emerging Leaders MBA
  • Master's Candidate Application for Admission (online application; see instructions below)
  • Current Resume
  • Essay (question appears on the online application form)

Candidates for admission to:
Masters in Information Technology (MSIT)*

*Applicants to the MSIT program must have completed an internship prior to applying to the Graduate School. Please see the Internship Requirement page for more information regarding this requirement.      

Must submit the following in addition to the above three items:

  • Recommendation Form

(The recommendation form must be filled out by a former internship supervisor (non-Bentley supervisor/employee). A request will be sent to the person filling out the recommendation form through the online system).

  • Students are required to file a Petition to Graduate from the undergraduate school before applying to and being accepted into the McCallum Graduate School of Business. Petitions should be completed no later than the deadline for the student's Graduate School Application.
  • Students applying for merit-based aid must submit a GMAT or GRE score. Please refer to the Merit-Based Aid page for detailed information.

Online Application Instructions

  1. Click on Master's Candidate Application for Admission. Note: Do not use the "apply online" link on the Graduate Admission website even though it looks similar.
  2. Go to "create account" to create a username and a password. An email confirmation will be sent to the email you provide.
  3. Go through the menu items on the left hand side to complete the application process.
  4. After all the required items are complete, you may submit your application. Note: No changes can be made after submitting your application. Please carefully review your application and make all edits before submitting.

Important: Fall applicants planning to start graduate studies over the summer should apply by January 20. All students accepted for fall admission are eligible to begin taking courses in the summer.
