Wendy D'Ambrose, Director of Graduate Career Services
Advises: All students in the Bentley MBA and part-time students in the Professional MBA
Wendy is responsible for overall management of Graduate Career Services, with a special focus on corporate outreach. She brings a wealth of experience in higher education, corporate, consulting and entrepreneurial sectors. Most recently, she was director of MBA career services at Simmons College School of Management. Her résumé includes serving as vice president of client relations and operations for a global management consulting firm specializing in strategy, innovation and leadership for change. Wendy also owned a business in Jamaica, West Indies. She holds an MSW from Boston College and a BA from Elmira College.

Audra Boni ’88, Senior Associate Director of Graduate Career Services
Advises: All students in the MSA, MSF, MSFP, MSMA, MST programs
Audra brings business experience to Bentley from public and private accounting as well as a recruitment perspective from five years in the staffing industry. Her past employers include Deloitte, Lotus Development Corporation, and Romac International. She spent a year in Japan with the JET Programme — an experience that inspired her interest in all things intercultural. She provides support and guidance to our growing international student body via innovative career programming with culture as a central theme.
In addition to holding a BS in Accountancy degree from Bentley, Audra is an alumna of the leadership-focused 2011 Fellows Program at The Partnership, a leading talent management firm.

Lucy Amello, Associate Director of Graduate Career Services
Advises: All students in the Emerging Leaders MBA, full-time students in the Professional MBA, all students in the MSIT and MSHFID programs
Lucy brings 18+ years of recruiting and HR generalist experience from prior work with John Hancock Financial Services, Investors Bank & Trust, and Deloitte. Her areas of expertise — career development and training, cultural transition, orientation and on-boarding, and recruiting strategies — add valuable practitioner insights to her work. Lucy’s extensive corporate relationships developed through the years provide additional value for advisees. She is multilingual and has traveled widely in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Her international experience includes living and studying in Brussels, Belgium.

Marilyn Santiesteban, Assistant Director of Graduate and Alumni Career Services
Workshop instructor for all graduate students
Marilyn has extensive experience in coaching, training and technology. She oversees workshops for graduate students and alumni on the latest techniques in strategic job search; her particular specialty is social media. Her background includes positions in technology, biotech, health care and business services. Marilyn was named among the “Most Influential People Online” for 2010 by Fast Company and nominated for Color Magazine’s AIA award. She is bilingual and active in Boston’s Hispanic business community. Marilyn earned a BA in Psychology and Master of Public Administration at Florida State University.
