Career Events and Job Fairs
More than 150 employers attend Bentley’s biannual career fairs, held every October and February, where they recruit and network with students and promote internship and post-graduate job opportunities for all concentrations. These large-scale events provide excellent opportunities to connect with top employers. Two additional recruiting and networking events that take place every year are tailored for graduate students: Executive Exchange (in November) and Straight Talk: Insights from Industry Insiders (in March).
Employer Information Sessions
During these small-group sessions, individual employers share insights about their corporate culture, career pathing and recruiting, often combined with on-campus interviews of qualified candidates.

Jobs and Internships
Get details on thousands of jobs and internships through the Jobs tab in BentleyLink, a web-based, fully automated campus recruiting program that enables graduate students to meet and interview with recruiting representatives from various companies.
On-Campus Interviews
The Campus Recruiting program is designed to meet the hiring needs of leading organizations. Each year, approximately 200 local, regional and national employers visit the campus to conduct initial interviews with eligible students who are seeking full-time or internship opportunities. Employers make interview decisions on all candidates approximately one week before the interview date. This allows adequate time for candidates to sign up for an interview time. If you are selected to interview, you will receive an email from the Recruiting Office instructing you to sign up for an interview time in the BentleyLink system.
