Deanna Busteed, M.S., R.D., L.D.

Deanna Busteed is a registered and licensed dietitian. She has worked in Boston area hospitals, outpatient counseling centers, and fitness centers. Her experience comes from clinical nutrition and weight management to health promotion, fitness and wellness. She is a certified group exercise and Pilates instructor.
Deanna has been quoted in National Health Magazine, Redbook, The Boston Herald and The Boston Globe. She has been a contributor for WHDH TV Channel 7 and CNN HealthCast and is a national speaker for the International Health and Racquet Sports Association (IHRSA). Deanna has written several articles for Get Active! and Club Business International Magazine and has provided testimony before the Joint Commission on Health Care Oversight Hearing on the Boston Marathon. She is co-author of A Guy's Gotta Eat-The Regular Guy's Guide to Eating Smart.
Deanna Received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Rhode Island, where she was a Division I swimmer, and her Master's Degree from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. She was formerly the Director of Nutrition for Bosse Sports, a full service fitness facility in Sudbury MA and served for several years in a similar capacity for the Sports Club/LA in Boston.
