Deborah Forman, MS, APRN, BC

Debbie has worked at Bentley Student Health Services since 2000 as a board certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master of Science degree in Primary Care Nursing from Simmons College, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boston College, and a Diploma in Nursing from the Hadassah School of Nursing in Jerusalem, Israel. While at Bentley, Debbie has participated in the inaugural disability workshop and has been an ally to the GLBT community. She initiated a journal club for her colleagues to help keep everyone at Health Services abreast of current knowledge in the field of young adult health. Her specialties are pulmonary medicine (especially asthma) and gastrointestinal issues. Prior to Bentley, Debbie worked in a pulmonary practice for seven years, and in a Gastroenterology practice for two years. She hails from New Bedford, MA, lived in Israel for seven years, and enjoys all manner of outside activities, particularly biking and swimming.
