Dr. Sara Forman is a board certified physician in Adolescent Medicine. She has worked at Bentley Student Health Services since 1995 as a Senior Consulting Physician. Dr. Forman graduated from Barnard College and Harvard Medical School and completed her residency in Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. After completing a fellowship in Adolescent Medicine at Children's Hospital Boston (CHB), she became an attending physician in that division. While at Bentley, Dr. Forman has worked closely with Gerri Taylor, Director of Health Services, and with the nurse practitioners. Dr. Forman’s specialties include general adolescent health and eating disorders. She is the Director of the Outpatient Eating Disorders Program at Children’s Hospital in Boston. In addition to seeing students at Bentley College, Dr. Forman sees primary care adolescent patients in the Adolescent Clinic at Children’s and at The Germaine Lawrence School, a residential school for emotionally disturbed teenage girls. Her interests include Harry Potter books and baseball, especially the Red Sox.
