- Manages programs for employee relations, labor relations, workers' compensation, leaves and unemployment
- Acts as an internal consultant to managers and employees with regard to college policies and laws affecting employment
- Provides confidential employee counseling on performance, employee relations and leave issues
- Serves as liaison for Employee Assistance Program
- Assists in mediating and resolving problems in HR areas
- Serves as contact for reporting discrimination or harassment
- Helps to design departmental retreats

Stacy McLean Bradbury

- Advises staff and faculty members on immigration issues
- Ensures compliance with federal immigration laws and regulations, including H-1B and I-9 compliance
- Serves as primary contact for US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Department of State and other government agencies
- Provides support in the recruitment and selection services to the Bentley community

- Works with hiring managers on all aspects of recruiting for open positions
- Works with department/division heads regarding reorganization issues
- Manages the on-line employment system and implements new features

- Works with Department staff to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and policies governing several areas including hiring, advertising, retention, and records management
- Manages the I-9 employment authorization verification process and supports staff and faculty immigration processing

- Administers benefits that include health, dental, life, retirement, and disability programs
- Processes enrollments and changes to college-sponsored benefit plans
- Processes benefits through insurance carriers and Banner payroll system
- Provides statistical information for benefit reports and surveys
- Assists in event planning and benefit issues for faculty and staff
- Provides COBRA administration support

- Provides administrative support for the FMLA Program

- Assists with special projects in all HR areas

- Maintains all Organizational Charts and Position Content Descriptions (job descriptions) campus-wide
- Provides and maintains statistical information for reports, as well as internal and external market surveys
- Liason for new academic appointments in PeopleAdmin; processes new hire paperwork and contracts for new Faculty, Department Assistants, PhD Students, Visiting Scholars, and Fellows
- Processes oral and written employment verifications
- Manages the annual Tour de Bentley fitness program
- Assists with special projects in all areas of HR
