- For those of you who missed the Mount Auburn EAP's "Live Well on the Fast Track" webinar, it is now available for viewing HERE (make sure you turn up the volume on your computer).

Please note: You do not need to download the log again if you filled out, saved and emailed last week's log. Just re-open last week's log on your computer (named: TdB, Your Name, Your Participant Number, i.e. "TdB, John Smith, 1234"), fill in the current week's exercises/bonus points under the appropriate week's tab, save and send it to tdblogs@helpnewengland.com. Don't forget to fill out the subject line of your email too: Your Name, Your Participant Number, Week #, i.e. "John Smith, 1234, Week 2" for a correct time stamp. Yes, just keep opening the same log, fill in the current week, save it and email the same file every week for the entire 12 weeks! Important Announcements:
**All participants of this program are expected to follow through with their normal work commitments and abide by normal lunch hour limits as established within their departments.
**No team can be awarded the "Winning Team" title twice, nor can any one person win the "Winning Individual" title twice.
** All points at the end of the program are cumulative, regardless of whether your team has or has not been eligible for the Top 20 List. The Top 3 scoring teams awarded at the end of the program are based on all points earned throughout the 12 weeks.
**If you are a "Free Agent" and are willing to be placed into a team, please e-mail Caroline Bombrun to be put on the Free Agent List. Participants do drop out occasionally due to illness, injury or a variety of personal reasons.
Bonus Points:
Please note: If you have any job that includes a form of exercise (fitness trainer, instructor, waitressing, job that requires a lot of walking), this time will NOT be point eligible and cannot be included as physical activity. You may, however, use the exercise for bonus points for pedometer steps.
The Bentley Tracks:
- Outdoor: 4 times around = 1 mile (.25/mile each loop)
- Indoor: 10 times around = 1 mile (.1/mile each loop)
- Walking 1 mile = 2 bonus points (1/2 mile = 1 bonus point)
- Jogging/running 1 mile = 3 bonus points (1/2 mile = 2 bonus points)
Bentley Fitness Center, pool, track, basketball or tennis court: 2 bonus points per workout
Pedometers (only if completed in ONE day):
- 7,500 steps: 2 bonus points
...OR... - 10,000 steps: bonus 5 points (please note, you cannot claim 2 points for reaching 7,500 steps AND 5 points for reaching 10,000 steps - it's one or the other!)
...AND... - Each additional 2,500 steps (over 10,000): 1 bonus point
College Road: 1 time around = 1 bonus point
Smith Stairs: up & down once = 1 set = 1 bonus point
On-campus seminars: All on-campus seminars, workshops and classes are worth 2 bonus points each
YMCA classes: 5 bonus points each
Fitness, Exercise and Nutrition Trivia Night: join us after-hours and receive 5 bonus points!

"Spring Cleaning": one-time bonus of 3 points
Signing up for the Corporate Challenge as part of Bentley's team: 5 bonus points
If we add any last-minute bonus point-eligible activities to this year's program, please enter those points on your exercise log in the last row titled "Bonus Information (Click here to see information)" under the corresponding day of the week. Eligible activities as of now include: healthy recipe submission (1 bonus point per submission, up to 10).
Fun facts about your pedometer:
1 mile = 2,000 to 2,500 steps
10,000 steps = 4 to 5 miles
1,200 steps every 10 minutes
2,000 steps burns about 100 calories
