Bentley Student Eric Chan Earns Scholarship and Award for Study Abroad

Student Eric Chan was awarded the prestigious Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship, and an award from the Freeman-ASIA program. Chan will participate in Bentley's education abroad program at the University of Hong Kong in fall 2007. He is majoring in Corporate Finance and Accounting with a minor in Information Technology. Freeman-ASIA has supported more than 3,000 U.S. undergraduates with their study abroad plans in East and Southeast Asia since the launch of the program in 2000. The Gilman International Scholarship Program offers awards for undergraduate study abroad worldwide, and was established by the International Academic Opportunity Act of 2000.
