Bentley College and OpenPages®, Inc., a leading provider of Enterprise Governance and Compliance Management solutions, announced today the signing of a letter of understanding with Bentley College, of Waltham, Mass. to enter into a cooperative series of initiatives in the area of Corporate Governance automation.
Points of synergy include the hosting of OpenPages' Sarbanes-Oxley Express (SOX) product within the Bentley data center.
