Bentley College Names Andrew Hajducky III to Board of Trustees

WALTHAM, Mass.- Bentley College recently named Andrew Hajducky III, executive vice president, CFO and treasurer of CMGI, Inc., to its Board of Trustees.
A 1976 alumnus of Bentley College, Hajducky has been at CMGI since 1995, where he leads all financial operations for the company, including quarterly reporting and oversight of the majority-owned company¿s liquidity events. He has been instrumental in structuring mergers, acquisitions and sales for CMGI's operating companies and for @Venture portfolios. @Ventures is an affiliate venture capital division of CMGI, formed to make strategic investments in developing Internet companies. As a general partner with @Ventures, Hajducky participates in the investment strategy, due diligence and deal structuring processes of the partnership. Prior to joining CMGI, Hajducky was a partner at Ernst & Young.
A certified public accountant, Hajducky earned a bachelor of science degree from Bentley College. He currently resides with his wife in Carlisle, Mass.
