Bentley College Programs in Entrepreneurship, and Management Information SystemsRanked in Top 25 by US News & World Report

WALTHAM, MA- U.S. News & World Report has named two Bentley College programs among the best in the country in its Best Graduate Schools 2001 edition, it was announced on March 31. Bentley's graduate program in Entrepreneurship is ranked #20 nationwide, and the graduate program in Management Information Systems is #25 among America?s top colleges and universities.
The annual ranking of graduate schools will appear on newsstands April 3.
Bentley College's strength in e-business is also cited in the issue's feature, "E-Commerce is forcing schools to 'rethink the gut' of the MBA." In it, the magazine looks at how the nation's top Business Schools are incorporating information technology and e-commerce strategies into their curriculum. The article takes its headline from a quote by Joseph G. Morone, president of Bentley College. It cites Bentley's Information Age MBA program, which was launched this year and sets a new standard by integrating E-business throughout the "guts" of its curriculum.
Bentley's Information Age MBA was also recently ranked by Computerworld magazine among the nation's Top 25 Techno-MBA Programs.
U. S. News rankings are based on a survey of deans and program directors at hundreds of graduate schools across the country. Criteria include student selectivity, job placement success, faculty resources and institutional reputation.
