March 13, 2006

The 6th Raytheon Lectureship in Business Ethics will be held at Bentley College on Tuesday, March 28, 2006 at 3:30PM and will feature Dov Seidman, founder, chairman and CEO of LRN, a leader in providing legal, ethics and compliance education.

The lecture, presented by Bentley's Center for Business Ethics through the generous support of Raytheon, will be held at the Wilder Pavilion inside the Adamian Academic Center on the Bentley campus.

Seidman founded LRN with a mission to transform the way legal knowledge is created and managed in a corporate setting. He has created a global network that now includes more than 1, 000 legal experts.

Under Seidman's entrepreneurial leadership, LRN has grown to offer legal, ethics and compliance education in more than 30 languages, to more than seven million corporate employees, at more than 200 companies around the world. LRN clients include Dow, DuPont, Disney, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Raytheon and United Technologies.

Seidman also spearheaded the development of the LRN Governance and Ethics Management System (GEMS) to help organizations unify and manage real-world governance processes. This system allows companies to assess their risk exposure, implement their own governance, compliance and ethics management program and measure the program's success.

Seidman graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School. At UCLA, he earned simultaneous bachelor's and master's degrees in philosophy, summe cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He later received a bachelor of arts with honors, in philosophy, politics and economics from Oxford University.
