Rose were part of a team behind a revealing study on the questionable ethical practices between directors and CEOs.  The study, “Will Disclosure of Friendship Ties between Directors and C.E.O.s Yield Perverse Effects?" is examined by the New York Times in relation to recent high profile cases such as American Apparel.
