Contacting Administrative Computing:
To request an enhancement or new technology, contact your key user who will work with you and Administrative Computing to prioritize and schedule your new technology request. Depending on the scope of the request, Administrative Computing may assign a project manager to it.
To get help with a technical problem, submit a HEAT ticket by emailing the Help Desk.
