Ordering Stationery and More

It's easy to stock up on business cards, envelopes and stationery.

Step 1: Log into MyBentley

Step 2: Find the Online Stationery Order Portal

  • Click on "Administrative Departments and Resources" in the left navigation
  • Click on "Marketing, Communication and Public Affairs" from the menu
  • Select "Online Stationery Order Portal"

Step 3: Login wtih your full Bentley email address 
Reminder: First-time users will need to create an account. 

Step 4: Place Your Order
Add items you wish to purchase to your cart (it is possible to save your cart for future purchase).  For business cards, a print proof is generated and must be reviewed prior to adding the item to the cart. All orders must be billed to a department purchasing card; cost centers are no longer accepted.
