Computer Replacement Cycle

All full-time Bentley employees are on a three-year computer replacement cycle. The models listed below will be eligible for replacement this fiscal year.

FY 2012-2013: HP 8000 (desktop) and HP 6930s (2009 laptop model) will be replaced

The available replacement models are as follows (click on computer name for specifics and data sheet)

Desktop Computer:
HP Compaq Elite 8300 All-in-One Business PC

Ultrabook Computer:
HP EliteBook Folio 9470m

Notebook Computer:
HP EliteBook 8470p Notebook PC

Client Services has scheduled various times for you to view the models, If you would like to attend, please click here.

Department heads will determine the hardware needs of each employee eligible for replacement.

Please be aware that peripherals for a notebook, including docking station, external monitor,  keyboard and mouse are not included and departments are responsible for the additional cost of the optional peripheral devices which people often want with a notebook.
