Client Services offers “Best Effort” support for Macintosh computers.
This support is limited to:
- Wireless Connectivity
- Bentley email configuration (mail client only – not Entourage)
- Printing to Falcon Print
- Mapping to network drives
- Office 2011 installation only (There is currently no specific Office application support)
Due to the limited nature of this support, Client Services cannot guarantee that problems or issues can be resolved. Visiting the Apple website or the nearest Apple Store is recommended for full support.
