Post-Graduation Hardware Support

Your notebook is typically covered by the manufacturer's warranty when you leave Bentley. Unfortunately, Bentley is unable to offer support for your notebook if you are no longer a registered undergraduate student. If issues arise after you leave Bentley please visit the notebook manufacturer’s website. 

  • HP website: support for HP notebooks. You can also verify your warranty eligibility at the links below by entering your product and serial numbers (located on the bottom of your notebook).
  • HP warranty.  You will need to provide your product number (HP 2008 6930P AP609US, HP 2009 6930P KK075AV, or HP 2010 8440P NU546AV)
