Copy Services Offered
The Copy Center provides a wide array of copying services to accommodate the Bentley College community.

Enhanced Services
Black and White Copying
For general purpose needs, black and white copying is available on multiple sizes and weights of standard white paper, up to 11" x 17", transparency, three-hole punch, GBC, or a specialty paper stock. The Copy Center can also accommodate copy work on paper stock provided by a department.
Color Copying
Color copying is available on standard paper and specialty stock.
Stapling
Stapling is available on most copy work and can be done in various single or multiple positions to group documents or create packets and small booklets.
Folding
Folding is available to create duo-fold or tri-fold leaflets and booklets.
Sheet Insertion
This is available and merges existing pages or documents with a new copy job.
Specialty Paper Stock and Covers
The Copy Center has, in stock, a minimum of six standard color papers, six pastel color papers, three styles of résumé paper and envelopes, as well as heavy-stock paper and acetate cover sets to create a professional presentation document.
Delivery
Upon request, delivery is available for all copy work at no cost to Morison Hall, Adamian Academic Center, Lindsay Hall, Baker Library, Smith Center, Jennison Hall, LaCava Center, and Rauch Administration Building or for any copy work that exceeds $150.
A delivery fee will be charged for copy work less than $150 to other facilities on campus.
Transparencies
Digital photo copying is available in black and white or color to clear transparency film for use on overhead projectors.
GBC Binding
A plastic-ring binding that can be used in conjunction with available heavy paper stock or acetate film to create a professional-looking, bound report.
Resumes
The Copy Center stocks a variety of color and textured cotton resume papers with matching envelopes to visually enhance any resume.
Academic Reports and Theses
Products and services are available to assist in creating aesthetic and easy to read Academic Reports and Graduate Theses.
Fax Service
Fax service is available for both incoming and outgoing transmissions, domestically and internationally. While incoming faxes are received 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, pick up of these documents as well as sending fax documents is limited to The Copy Center's Hours of Operation.
