Director

The director oversees all of the departments within the facilities management division.

Building Operations

Building operations manages all of the work order control system, energy management systems, moving services, and trades personnel and contractors who maintain the campus buildings and infrastructure systems.

Building Services

Building services supervises all of the cleaning services of the campus buildings, including both residential and academic.

Grounds and Recycling

Grounds and recycling maintains and cultivates the campus green spaces. Collection and processing of campus recycling is also conducted by this department.

Life Safety Services

Life safety services focuses on maintaining and developing safety programs, equipment and systems on campus. This group manages all environmental, fire and card access systems.

Materials Management

Materials management, shipping and receiving handles the inventory for the campus and all incoming and outgoing packages for the facilities department.

Planning and Construction

Planning and construction manages the renovation and new construction projects on campus.
