Administration oversees all Departments under the Facilities Management Division through the leadership of the Executive Director.
Building Operations manages the trades personnel and contractors who maintain the Campus buildings. The Department oversees all daily work orders, preventive maintenance, inventory management, package shipping/receiving, and moving services.
Building Services supervises cleaning for both residential and academic Campus buildings. The Department processes all pest control requests and supports Bentley event setups.
Grounds and Recycling maintains and cultivates the Campus green spaces. Collection and processing of campus recycling is also conducted by this department.
Planning and Construction manages the renovation of existing Campus spaces and new construction projects for Bentley University.
The Office of Sustainability seeks to mobilize sustainability leadership at Bentley by modeling the “people-planet-profit” triple bottom line. The Office works hand-in-hand with the Facilities Management department to support and promote energy efficiency, recycling and other sustainability initiatives.
Life Safety Services focuses on maintaining a safe environment for all students, employees, and visitors. The Department conducts OSHA/EPA/DEP regulatory training for Bentley employees. This group manages all environmental, fire, and card access systems.
