Project Request

Using the new on-line Project Request Form is an efficient way to formalize your project with the Planning and Construction Department.

After your request is submitted you will be contacted by a planning and construction team member to review and discuss the project. A meeting and walk through of the area is helpful for complete details of the project. Please note that your project submission is not a project approval or a funding assignment request.

Is it a Project or a Work Order? (A few guidelines)

Projects

• May have capital funding approved by the Budget Office
• May or may not require an architect for design
• May be work that will take days or weeks to complete
• Will require pricing for capital funding
