Bentley wants to help employees stay healthy! Employees who participate in one of Bentley’s Tufts health care plans are eligible to receive a $150 rebate when they join a health club or weight management program. Join both and get two rebates! See your Tufts enrollment materials or member website for other coupons and discounts.
On-campus enrollment is offered two times per year, generally each April and November. The discount is $10 off of the $50 Annual Membership fee or $20 off of the $100 Rewards Membership. You get three free months and a second membership card. Note: If you are a current member you can add the 15 months to your current expiration date.

Employees who enroll within 30 days of hire are guaranteed acceptance in the plan, provided you are actively at work on the date the coverage begins. If you enroll after that, underwriting approval will be required.
For spouses/domestic partners of employees, a short form application is required. Coverage is always subject to underwriting approval.
Retirees and their spouses, parents, parents-in-law, grandparents and grandparent-in-laws may also apply for coverage at any time by completing the long form application. Coverage is always subject to underwriting approval.
