Employee Assistance Program

We are pleased to announce a change in our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a Bentley-sponsored counseling and work life program available to all faculty, staff, and adult household members.   Effective September 1, 2011, our EAP has changed from the Wellness Corporation to KGA, Inc., a well-respected consulting firm headquartered in Framingham, MA.

Employee assistance services are designed to help with the issues of everyday life.  You can:

• Access free, confidential telephone consultation and referral services for career, child care, eldercare, legal, financial, fitness, and nutritional concerns. KGA’s toll-free line is answered live 100% of the time, twenty-four hours a day!  Call 1-800-648-9557.
• Make an appointment to talk face to face with counselors about stress and personal problems.  These concerns include emotional stress, anxiety, depression, family or couples issues, and substance use or abuse. 
• Visit the EAP web site at KGA,Inc.  You’ll find a variety of wellness information, as well as an opportunity to do searches and attend monthly webinars. 

Remember, the EAP is strictly confidential.  Because of privacy laws, Bentley University does not have access to information about who uses the EAP.
