Performance Management Program
Bentley University utilizes an online performance management system for completion of most staff end-of-year reviews. The Performance Management Program ("PMP") is based on a competency model tailored to Bentley job families and includes: a competency-based review, a section for setting future goals, and a section for creating a development plan.
