L & D Fall Announcement
Prepared to Lead at Bentley Program is Launched!
Human Resources launched a new program this fall, Prepared To Lead at Bentley. This program is a five-session cohort-based management development series focusing on building advanced management skills. The program will move beyond the “nuts and bolts” of managing the employee lifecycle and develop skills managers need to grow into institutional leaders. This program builds on the Core Skills for Bentley Managers course, delivered last year. Facilitators for the Prepared to Lead program are our training partners from Breakthrough Collaboration, Inc., Hamish Blackman and Adam Sutton. Both facilitators have extensive experience working and coaching at Bentley and have delivered similar programs at other area universities.
