Semester Programs               Summer Programs

Bentley undergraduate students have the option of studying abroad on a choice of more than 80 programs in over 25 countries around the world. Semester opportunities allow students to fully immerse themselves in the academic environment of another culture. Summer programs offer ways to experience and explore these environments for a shorter time period, and can supplement regular Bentley coursework. Some programs have internship and service learning components as well.

Faculty-led international courses are 3-credit intensive study abroad experiences offered during semester breaks. On these courses, a Bentley professor leads his/her students on an immersive learning experience in a region of the world where the professor has expertise. Faculty-led international courses offer students the opportunity to combine cultural activities with business, NGO, or other relevant site visits. Students benefit from personal interactions with companies and organizations they would not encounter as a tourist.

"Nearly 1 in 2 Bentley undergraduates studies abroad before graduating.
1 in 10 US undergraduates studies abroad before graduating."

Faculty-led international courses are approximately 10-15 days in length during January break, Spring break (as part of a Spring semester course), or in May after exams.  The intensive format allows students to study abroad without missing a semester at Bentley.

Domestic Study Away Programs provide a unique, experiential learning opportunity within the United States.  The programs have a specialized theme integrated with the student's Bentley academic focus, offering learning opportunities that are not available on Bentley's campus.

Whether you decide to apply for a semester, summer, or international faculty led course, don't miss out on your chance to study abroad!
